摘  要:对超声提取法从土壤和沉积物中萃取出两种丙烯酸脂类物质(丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸-2-羟乙基脂)的条件进行了优化,采用气相色谱法测定其含量。丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酸-2-羟乙基酯的方法检出限分别为0.10~0.12 mg·kg-1和0.12~0.15 mg·kg-1。以空白样品为基体进行加标回收试验,两种物质的回收率分别为86.5%~93.7%和88.6%~94.9%,相对标准偏差(n=6)分别为0.5%~1.9%和0.6%~2.8%。该方法可用于土壤和沉积物中丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酸-2-羟乙基酯的测定。The conditions for the ultrasonic extraction method to extract two acrylates(butyl acrylate,2-hydroxyethyl acrylate)from soil and sediments were optimized,the content was determined by gas chromatography.The detection limits of butyl acrylate and 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate were respectively 0.10~0.12 mg·kg-1 and 0.12~0.15 mg·kg-1.The blank samples were used as the matrix for the spike recovery test.The recovery rates of the substances were 86.5%~93.7%and 88.6%~94.9%,and the relative standard deviations(n=6)were 0.5%~1.9%and 0.6%~2.8%.This method can be used for the determination of butyl acrylate and 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate in soil and sediment.
