摘 要:针对污水处理化学除磷不同投加点对系统形成不同的效果,调查现场情况,评估其加药方式的设备及PAC药剂情况,核算理论与实际的投加药量,跟踪与分析二沉池的除磷效率。对混凝反应效果和PAC投加药量进行小试,分析原有污水处理系统化学除磷效果不佳的原因,提出调整PAC投加点,完善溶药情况,减少投加药量,实现提质增效,节省大量药剂成本,为污水处理的生产运营提供指导思路。In view of the different effects of different dosing points on the system of chemical phosphorus removal in wastewater treatment,the field situation was investigated,the equipment of dosing mode and PAC agent situation were evaluated,the theoretical and actual dosing amount was calculated,and the phosphorus removal efficiency of the secondary sedimentation tank was tracked and analyzed.The coagulation reaction effect and PAC dosage were tested,and the reasons for poor chemical phosphorus removal effect of the original sewage treatment system were analyzed.It was proposed to adjust the PAC dosage point,improve the drug dissolution,reduce the dosage,improve the quality and efficiency,save a lot of reagent cost,and provide guidance for the production and operation of sewage treatment.
