摘  要:精煤的质量与品质是影响其销售的关键因素,而精煤除杂效果良好是影响品质的直观因素,所以选煤厂除杂具有必要性。但在大多数选煤厂中,皆面临着除杂效率低、除杂率低的问题,为了解决该类问题,本文将选煤厂杂物分为三类:铁器金属类、非铁制类(煤矸石)、轻质杂物,针对每一种杂物介绍对应的除杂工艺,以及所使用的设备。并在掌握分选机分选原理之上,通过对流量、悬浊液密度等因变量的调整,提高分选效率,有效的保证精煤质量。The quality and quality of clean coal is the key factor affecting its sales,it is necessary to remove impurity in coal preparation plant because the effect of removing impurity in clean coal is good.However,in most coal preparation plants,there are problems of low impurity removal efficiency and low impurity removal rate.In order to solve these problems,the impurities in coal preparation plantswere divided into three categories:iron metal,non-iron(coal gangue)and light impurities,for each kind of sundries,the corresponding impurity removal processwasdescribed,as well as the usedequipment.On the basis of understanding the separation principle of the separator,the separation efficiency can be improved and the quality of clean coal can be effectively guaranteed by adjusting the dependent variables such as flow rate,suspension density and so on.
