摘 要:以油或煤、焦作为原料制气,在氧化工艺气化过程中都存在着过氧爆炸可能。由于气化炉工艺原料物性的改变,使工艺操作条件更为苛刻,安全生产难题也接踵而至。借鉴石化行业重油气化炉过氧爆炸事故,分析气化炉过氧原因、爆炸存在的可能性,思考装置过氧问题核心,探讨避免煤焦气化炉过氧的对策,采取了针对性的预防,通过改进措施的逐渐实施,因气化炉过氧而导致停车的次数明显减少。使煤焦气化工艺运行的安全性得到进一步提高。The possibility of peroxide explosion exists in the process of gasification with oil,coal or coke as raw materials.Due to the change of material properties of gasifier process,the operating conditions of the process are more stringent,and the problem of safety in production is also coming.Referring to the accident of peroxide explosion of heavy oil gasifier in petrochemical industry,the causes of Peroxide and the possibility of explosion of gasifier were analyzed,the core of peroxide problem of the unit was considered,the countermeasures for avoiding peroxide in coal-coke gasifier,and takes targeted precautions were probed into,through the gradual implementation of the improvement measures,the number of shutdown times caused by the over-oxidation of the gasifier was obviously reduced.The safety of operation of coal char gasification process was further improved.
