摘　　要：外伤后非致死性肺动脉血栓栓塞案例少见于法医学鉴定,且该栓塞与外伤之间的因果关系复杂,对其伤情、伤残的评定也无相对应条款,鉴此,在鉴定该栓塞中需注意伤病关系分析、鉴定时机的判断及有关鉴定标准条款的应用。Cases of posttraumatic non-fatal pulmonary thromboembolism are rare in forensic identification,and the causal relationship between the embolism and trauma is complex,and there is no corresponding clause for injury and disability assessment.Therefore,attention should be paid to injury-disease relationship,the judgment of identification time and the application of relevant identification clauses in the identification of the embolism.
