摘　　要：在此次新冠疫情防控中我国的社区自治发挥了较重要作用,但其也有不当和系列制度缺陷。本文从不同的角度专此梳理,剖析其根本原因,并结合中国社区治理的既有经验,试探析社区治理的新范式,以为依法治疫提供可资参照的范本,以利国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的提升。Community autonomy has played an important role in the prevention and control of COVID-19 in China,but it also has inappropriacies and a series of institutional defects.This paper analyzes the root causes from different perspectives,tries to explore the new paradigm of community governance based on the existing experiences of community governance in China,so as to provide a model for the legal treatment of COVID-19 and promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.
