摘　　要：2019年12月,COVID-19疫情爆发之后给社会各行业的发展带来了不同程度上的影响。为了防止COVID-19疫情消极影响的持续扩大,尽快研究疫情下企业面临的危机并提出解决方案迫在眉睫。本文采用问卷调查的形式,以COVID-19疫情持续期间、常态化防控期间为例,探究COVID-19疫情防控阶段河北省杂粮杂豆加工企业在复工复产状态、生产状态、经营销售状态等方面面临的危机及其应对措施,以期最大限度为杂粮杂豆加工企业今后更好的生产经营以及类似突发情况的应对提供有效的对策建议。In December 2019,after the outbreak of COVID-19,the development of various industries in society has be affected to varying degrees.In order to prevent the continuous expansion of the negative impact of the COVID-19 epidemic,it is urgent to study the crisis faced by enterprises under the epidemic situation as soon as possible and put forward solutions.In the form of questionnaire survey,this paper takes the duration of the COVID-19 epidemic and the period of normal prevention and control as an example to explore the crisis and countermeasures faced by the coarse cereals an beans processing enterprises in Hebei Province during the period of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control, In order to provide effective countermeasures and suggestions for the future better production and management of coarse cereals and beans processing enterprises and the response to similar emergencies.
