摘  要:pH 3.0时,美沙拉嗪与Fe^(3+)以2:1形成稳定的紫红色络合物,该络合物在505 nm产生特征吸收,稳定常数K=1.78×10^(8)L^(2)/mg^(2)。在16.45~995.4μg/m L的范围内,络合物的吸光度与药物的浓度呈良好的线性关系,A=0.9141c+0.1746,r=0.9909,检出限为4.56μg/m L,据此建立了一种基于Fe^(3+)络合的紫外-可见分光光度法测定美沙拉嗪的方法。用该方法对市售美沙拉嗪肠溶片及美沙拉嗪颗粒进行测定,测定值与药品标示值相符,加标回收率在96%~106%。Mesalazine could react with Fe^(3+)to form a stable purplish red complex in a ratio of 2:1 at pH 3.0,which could produce characteristic absorb at 505 nm.The stability constant of complex is 1.78×10^(8)L^(2)/mg^(2).In the range of 16.45-995.4μg/m L,there was a good linear relationship between the absorbance of the complex and the concentration of the mesalazine.The linear equation was A=0.9141 c+0.1746,with the correlation coefficient of 0.9909,and the detection limit of 4.56μg/m L.A new method has been built based on UV-Vis with Fe^(3+)as the medium to determine the content of mesalazine.The method has been successfully applied to the determination of commercial pharmaceutical preparations,and the measured values were basically consistent with the labeled amount of drugs,the recoveries were in the range of 96%-106%.
