摘　　要：在碱性条件下,KMnO_(4)能氧化鲁米诺产生化学发光,硝酸士的宁能抑制该化学发光,且抑制强度与硝酸士的宁的浓度在一定范围内有良好的线性关系。在此基础上,建立了流动注射测定硝酸士的宁的化学发光分析方法。在最优实验条件下,硝酸士的宁的线性范围为0.05~1.0μg/mL和1.0~10μg/mL,检出限为10 ng/mL,线性方程分别为y=70c+891,相关系数R^(2)=0.995(c为硝酸士的宁的浓度,10^(-8)g/mL);y=448c+9160,相关系数R^(2)=0.993(c为硝酸士的宁的浓度,10^(-6)g/mL)。对0.5μg/mL的硝酸士的宁连续进行11次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为2.9%。Under alkaline conditions,potassium permanganate can oxidize luminol to produce chemiluminescence,while strychnine nitrate can inhibit the chemiluminescence,and the inhibition intensity has a good linear relationship with the concentration of strychnine nitrate within a certain range.On this basis,a flow injection chemiluminescence analysis method for the determination of strychnine nitrate was established.Under the optimal experimental conditions,the linear range of strychnine nitrate was 0.05 to 1.0μg/m L and 1.0 to10μg/m L,with the detection limit of 10 ng/m L.The regression equations were y=70 c+891 with the correlation coefficient of R^(2)=0.995(c was the concentration of strychnine nitrate,10^(-8)g/m L)and y=448 c+9160 with the correlation coefficient of R^(2)=0.993(c was the concentration of strychnine nitrate,10^(-6)g/m L).The parallel determination of 0.5μg/m L strychnine nitrate was carried out continuously for 11 times,and the relative standard deviation was 2.9%.
