摘  要:以聚甲基丙烯酸为模板,采用高温煅烧的方法得到形貌良好的中空二氧化硅,并在其表面修饰短链巯基乙酸,与通过水热法合成的碲化镉量子点结合,形成分散均匀、具有荧光信号的中空纳米球。通过表面印迹技术,以磺胺甲恶唑为模板分子、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷为功能单体、正硅酸乙酯为交联剂合成分散性良好的印迹聚合物。通过扫描、透射电镜表征,制备的聚合物分散均匀、核-壳结构清晰。荧光性能分析表明其线性范围为0~50μmol/L,线性相关系数为0.992,检测限为0.13μmol/L。A hollow silica with good morphology was obtained by high-temperature calcination method using polymethacrylic acid as templat.Short-chain thioglycolic acid was modified on its surface,and then combined with cadmium telluride quantum dots synthesized by hydrothermal method to form hollow nanospheres with uniform dispersion and fluorescent signal.Molecularly imprinted polymers with good dispersion were synthesized by surface imprinting technique with sulfamethoxazole as template molecule,3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane as functional monomer and tetraethoxysilane as crosslinking agent.Scanning and transmission electron microscopies showed that the prepared polymer was well dispersed with a clear core-shell structure.Fluorescence analysis showed that its linear range was 0-50μmol/L,with the linear correlation coefficient of 0.992,and the detection limit of 0.13μmol/L.
