摘　　要：报道3例羊痘。与以往报道的病例多发于畜牧人员不同,本文3例患者为同一餐饮店从业人员。3例患者均表现为结节、脓疱伴痒痛,均有病羊接触史,组织病理特点均符合羊痘诊断。经抗病毒及对症治疗后好转。Three cases of orf were reported.These three patients work in an eatery,which are different from the previous epidemiology of mostly occurred in stock farmers.Three patients all presented with nodule and pustule with itching,all had a contact history of sick goat and the histopathologic features of all were in accordance with orf.The lesions were gradually subsided after antiviral drug and symptomatic treatment.
