摘 要:为了研究新能源车前端蒸发器结霜问题,搭建了结霜测试台架,引入通用的压缩机低压保护策略,研究了前端蒸发器结霜情况。结果表明:系统出风温度和系统制热量随着霜层发展持续下降,最大损失达到了48.7%,因此系统必须通过其他方式补全损失的制热能力,系统效率(COP)在进入低压保护后会上升。通过PTC补足结霜制热能力损失时,系统总效率从2.2降低至1.4,推荐行车时使用PTC补全由结霜带来的制热能力损失。To study the frosting problem of the front evaporator of new energy vehicles,a frosting test bench has been built.Considering the general low-pressure protection strategy of compressor,the frosting of front evaporator has been studied.The results show that the outlet air temperature and heating capacity of the system decrease continuously with the development of frost layer,and the maximum loss reaches 48.7%.Therefore,the system must compensate the lost heating capacity by other ways.The COP of the system will rise after entering the low-pressure protection.By using PTC to compensate the loss of frosting heating capacity,the total efficiency of the system decreases from 2.2 to 1.4.It is recommended to use PTC under the driving condition to compensate the loss of heating capacity caused by frosting.
