摘  要:分别在热塑性聚氨酯弹性体/乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(TPU/EVA)阻燃体系中加入3种协效阻燃剂:二乙基次膦酸铝(ADP)、有机蒙脱土(OMMT)和金属络合物(Co-OSA),并研究其对共混体系的阻燃性能、介电性能、力学性能、热失重性能、耐水性能和熔体流动速率的影响。结果表明,3种协效阻燃剂均使复合材料的热失重性能和熔体流动速率显著增大。其中,OMMT对共混材料的热失重性能的提高最显著,Co-OSA对复合材料的熔体流动性的改善最显著。当ADP、OMMT以及合成的Co-OSA的含量分别为4%、6%、6%时,共混材料的整体性能达到最佳:极限氧指数(LOI)分别为29.8%、29.1%、31.5%,残重率分别提高了9.53%、27.38%和4.44%,拉伸强度分别为6.71.6.49和7.21 MPa,断裂伸长率分别为415.45%、453.76%和553.43%,体积电阻率分别为2.61×10^(8)、2.82×10^(8)和3.65×10^(8)Ω·m,击穿场强分别为21.62、21.43和21.78 mV/m,浸水后,体系的拉伸强度分别降低了7.30%.9.55%和1.25%。通过对比3种协效阻燃剂可知,Co-OSA对共混材料的LOI值、介电性能、力学性能、耐水性能的改善效果更显著。Three synergistic flame retardants were added to TPU/EVA flame retardant system: aluminum diethylhypophosphonate( ADP),organic montmorillonite( OMMT) and metal complex( Co-OSA). The effects of the blends on the flame retardancy,dielectric properties,mechanical properties,thermogravimetric properties,water resistance and melt index were discussed. The results showed that the incorporation of three synergistic flame retardants significantly enhanced the thermogravimetric and melt flow properties of the composite. Among them, OMMT improved the thermogravimetric properties of the blends most significantly,and Co-OSA improved the melt fluidity of the composites most significantly. When the contents of ADP,OMMT and Co-OSA were 4%,6% and 6%,respectively,the overall properties of the blends were the best: the LOI was 29. 8%,29. 1% and 31. 5% respectively,the residual weight increased by9. 53%,27. 38% and 4. 44% respectively,the tensile strength was 6. 71,6. 49 and 7. 21 MPa respectively,the elongation at break was 415. 45%,453. 76% and 553. 43% respectively,the volume resistivity was 2. 61 × 108,2. 82 × 108 and 3. 65 × 108Ω·m respectively. The breakdown field strength was 21. 62,21. 43 and 21. 78 m V/m respectively. After immersion,the tensile strength of the system was reduced by 7. 30%,9. 55% and 1. 25% respectively. Compared with the three synergistic flame retardants,Co-OSA improved the LOI,dielectric properties,mechanical properties and water resistance of the blends more significantly.
