摘  要:采用马来酸酐接枝乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE-g-MAH),来提高导电炭黑/尼龙6(CB/PA6)复合材料的韧性和抗静电性能。利用双螺杆挤出和注射成型制备了POE-g-MAH/PA6和CB/POE-g-MAH/PA6复合材料,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)观察并表征了材料的微观形貌和结晶性能,测试了材料的抗静电性能和力学性能。研究表明,PA6和POE-g-MAH具有良好的相容性,添加POE-g-MAH显著提高7.5%CB/PA6的冲击强度和断裂伸长率。当POE-g-MAH质量分数为20%时,7.5%CB/PA6的冲击强度和断裂伸长率分别提高了183.78%和553.79%。由于7.5%CB/POE-g-MAH/PA6中CB粒子具有较好的分散性以及POE-g-MAH的“体积排空效应”,添加20%POE-g-MAH,能够使7.5%CB/PA6的表面电阻(R_(s))降低3个数量级,达到6.34×10^(6)Ω。当POE-g-MAH质量分数为5%和10%时,能够促进7.5%CB/POE-g-MAH/PA6中PA6的结晶,当POE-g-MAH质量分数为15%时,会抑制7.5%CB/POE-g-MAH/PA6中PA6的结晶。Maleic anhydride grafted ethylene-octene copolymer(POE-g-MAH)was used to improve the toughness and antistatic properties of conductive carbon black/nylon6(CB/PA6)composite.The composites of POE-g-MAH/PA6 and CB/POE-g-MAH/PA6 were prepared by twin-screw extrusion and injection molding.The morphology and crystallization properties of the composites were observed and characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The antistatic properties and mechanical properties of the composite were tested.The results showed that the good compatibility of PA6 and POE-g-MAH could improve the impact strength and elongation at break of 7.5%CB/PA6.When the content of POE-g-MAH was 20%,the impact strength and the elongation at break of 7.5%CB/PA6 were increased by 183.78%and 553.79%,respedtively.When the content of POE-g-MAH was 20%,the surface resistance(R_(s))of 7.5%CB/PA6 decreased by three orders of magnitude to 6.34×10^(6)Ωdue to the good dispersion of CB particles in 7.5%CB/POE-g-MAH/PA6 and the volume emptying effect of POE-g-MAH.W hen the content of POE-g-MAH was 5%and 10%,the crystallization of PA6 in 7.5%CB/POE-g-MAH/PA6 was promoted.When the content of POE-g-MAH was 15%,the crystallization of PA6 in 7.5%CB/POE-g-MAH/PA6 was inhibited.
