摘 要:对不同乙烯-丙烯共聚物(POE)含量下聚丙烯/乙烯-丙烯共聚物(PP/POE)化学挤出发泡制品的泡孔形态进行分析,通过研究基体性质及成核剂滑石粉(Talc)在不同相形态PP/POE中的分布状态,分析POE含量对泡孔形态调控的影响。结果表明,与纯PP相比,PP/POE挤出发泡制品的泡孔形态更好,其中,当POE含量为20%时,PP/POE挤出发泡制品的泡孔形态最好。流变性能和结晶性能分析结果表明,当POE含量高于5%、低于40%时,随着POE含量的增加,PP/POE基体分子缠结作用逐渐增强且结晶分率减小,有利于改善发泡制品泡孔形态。POM和SEM分析结果表明,仅当POE含量低于30%时,Talc才主要分散在PP相中,形成尺寸较小且规则的泡孔。POE的临界含量为20%,是POE对PP/POE基体性能及Talc分布影响综合作用的结果。The cell morphology of PP/POE foams by chemical extrusion was analyzed under different POE content. The influence mechanism of POE content on the cell morphology of foams was discussed by exploring the matrix properties and the dispersion of Talc,a nucleating agent,under different phase forms of PP/POE. The results indicated that compared with PP,the cell morphology of PP/POE was better. The analysis of rheological properties and crystallization properties showed that when POE content was higher than 5% and lower than 40%,molecular entanglement of PP/POE matrix increased and crystallization fraction decreased with POE increasing,which was beneficial to the improvement of cell morphology of foams.POM and SEM analysis revealed that Talc mainly dispersed in PP phase and PP/POE obtained small and regular cells only when POE content was less than 30%. The critical content of 20% was the result of the comprehensive effect of POE content on the properties of PP/POE matrix and Talc distribution.
