摘  要:结合连续纤维增强复合材料和微发泡材料的优势,利用发泡过程中产生的压力,改善混合熔体对连续纤维布的浸渍效果,设计出一种连续纤维增强聚合物微发泡复合材料,并制备得到高强低重的轻量化制品。对连续纤维增强聚丙烯嵌件式微发泡注射成型过程进行数值建模与仿真分析,研究注射温度、模具温度、充填时间和初始嵌件温度对纤维增强复合泡沫制品泡孔质量及尺寸精度的影响规律。结果表明,随着注射温度的升高,复合泡沫制品的泡孔尺寸逐渐增大,泡孔密度逐渐降低;而模具温度对泡孔尺寸的影响较小,但是适当的模具温度能显著降低复合制品的尺寸变形,改善尺寸精度。除此以外,当充填时间较短时,泡孔尺寸较小、泡孔密度较低,导致发泡不完全,并产生较大的尺寸变形;初始嵌件温度对复合制品的泡孔尺寸和泡孔密度的影响较小,但是初始嵌件温度过高,会引起制品内部残余应力波动,尺寸精度降低。Combining the advantages of continuous fiber-reinforced composite and microcellular foams,a continuous fiber-reinforced polymer microcellular composite was designed by utilizing the pressure generated during the foaming process to improve the impregnation effect of the melt on the continuous fiber cloth,and a high-strength and low-weight lightweight product was prepared. The numerical modeling and simulation analysis of continuous fiber-reinforced polypropylene insert microcellular injection molding process were carried out. The effects of injection temperature,mold temperature,filling time and initial insert temperature on the cell quality and dimensional accuracy of fiber-reinforced foam composite were studied.The results showed that as the injection temperature increases,the cell size of the composite foam product gradually increases and the cell density gradually decreases. The mold temperature had little effect on the cell size,but appropriate mold temperature could significantly reduce the dimensional deformation of composite products and improve dimensional accuracy. In addition,too short filling time would lead to smaller cell size and lower cell density,resulting in incomplete foaming and larger dimensional deformation. Initial insert temperature had little effect on cell size and cell density of composite,but excessive initial insert temperature would cause fluctuation of internal residual stress and reduced dimensional accuracy.
