摘  要:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)是由对苯二甲酸二甲酯与乙二醇酯交换得到的,或者对苯二甲酸(TPA)先与乙二醇(EG)酯化合成对苯二甲酸双羟乙酯,然后,再进行缩聚反应制得的一种聚酯。近年来,由于其具有良好的耐用性,在工业领域和日常生活中被广泛应用,但是,由于其耐疲劳性较强,导致其废弃物在自然环境中大量积累,给全球生态系统带来了巨大挑战。因此,PET的降解问题已成为全球性的问题。文章针对近年来PET生物降解的研究进展进行了总结,主要包括微生物降解与酶降解2个方面,重点介绍了酶降解。另外,还对PET生物降解机制进行了阐述,对降解效率的提升也进行了总结,最后,对PET生物降解的发展方向进行了展望。Polyethylene terephthalate( PET) is synthesized by the transesterification of dimethyl terephthalate with ethylene glycol or synthesis of dihydroxyethyl terephthalate by esterification of terephthalic acid with ethylene glycol,and then a polyester prepared by polycondensation reaction. Due to its good durability,it has been widely used in the industrial field and daily life in recent years. At the same time,due to its extreme fatigue resistance,its waste has accumulated in a large amount in the natural environment,which has caused serious burden for global ecosystem,so the degradation of PET has become a global problem. Therefore,the problem of PET degradation has become a global problem. The biodegradation of PET in recent years was summarized,including microbial degradation and enzymatic degradation,which focused on enzymatic degradation. In addition,the related research and results of improving PET degradation were explained,and the PET degradation mechanism was described,and this work finally looks forward to the development direction of PET biodegradation.
