摘  要:采用水性聚氨酯作为乳化体系,通过乳液聚合法制备出了一种新型结构的羧基型共聚乳液,并研究了共聚乳液中AMPS含量对尾矿颗粒和尾矿颗粒中重金属离子的固定效果,以及对尾矿中微生物生长状况的影响。研.究发现,当该共聚乳液中AMPS的含量为3%时,尾砂的抗压强度为0.74 MPa,表明其对尾矿颗粒具有良好的固定效果。同时,重金属离子固定性能的实验结果表明,含3%AMPS的羧基型共聚乳液可将尾矿中重金属离子(Cd、Pb和Zn)进行有效固定。另外,研究其对尾矿中微生物生长状况的影响发现,添加羧基型共聚乳液后,尾矿中微生物的生长状况得到有效改善,表明该羧基型共聚乳液对尾矿区环境具有良好的生态修复效果。The novel carboxyl copolymer emulsion was prepared by emulsion polymerization using waterborne polyurethane as emulsifying system.The immobilization effect of heavy metal ions on tailings and tailings particles and the effect of AMPS content in the novel carboxyl copolymer emulsion on the growth of microorganisms in tailings were studied in detail.The experimental results showed that when the content of AMPS was 3%,the compressive strength of tailings was 0.74 MPa,indicating that it had good fixation effect on tailings particles.At the same time,the experimental results of immobilization of heavy metal ions showed that the heavy metal ions(Cd,Pb and Zn)in tailings could be effectively fixed by the carboxyl copolymer emulsion contented 3%AMPS.In addition,the growth of microorganisms in tailings after adding carboxyl type copolymer emulsion was investigated,and the results showed the microbial growth in tailings was effectively improved,indicating that the carboxyl copolymer emulsion had good ecological restoration effect on the tailings area.
