面向语义出版的图书馆数字人文学术信息服务研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]探讨图书馆在语义出版模式下的学术信息服务对策,旨在为在人文科研发展提供思路。[方法/过程]基于语义出版理论视角,通过文献研究和案例分析,分析了语义出版在国内外发展状况、语义出版的形式及对学术发展的影响,指出这种出版模式下图书馆学术信息服务发展方向。[结果/结论]提出文献采访和技术支持应根据语义出版物特征拟订采访原则;根据语义出版开展馆藏文献资源聚合;根据语义出版采取学术服务创新措施;构建基于语义出版的资源组织空间并组建人才团队等建议。[Purpose/significance]The paper discusses the countermeasures of academic information service in the library under semantic publishing mode so as to provide references for the development of humanities and scientific research.[Method/process]In the perspective of semantic publishing theory through document research and case analysis the paper analyzes the development status of semantic publishing in China and abroad the forms of semantic publishing and its impact on academic development and points out the development direction of library academic information service.[Result/conclusion]The paper puts forwards the following suggestions:document acquisition and technical support should formulate acquisition principles according to the characteristics of semantic publications carry out collection document resources aggregation according to semantic publishing take innovative measures of academic service according to semantic publishing and build resource organization space and talent team based on semantic publishing.
