摘 要:以桂经薯8号甘薯为试验材料,采用随机区组试验设计,设计喷施氨基酸螯合硒营养液用量0、4500、9000和13500 mL/hm^(2)(硒:0、11.7、23.4、35.1 g/hm^(2),)4个浓度水平,3个重复,共12个小区,研究外源硒素强化对甘薯吸收累积硒及产量品质的影响。结果表明:施硒对甘薯块根产量无明显影响,但能显著提高块根、叶片和茎的总硒含量,其中,块根和叶片的总硒含量随着外源硒浓度的增加而增加,以喷施13500 mL/hm^(2)处理的块根总硒含量最高,达222.61μg/kg;施硒提高了块根的花青素含量,以喷施13500 mL/hm^(2)含量最高,达到9.65 mg/kg;施硒提高了块根的可溶性糖含量,以喷施9000 mL/hm^(2)含量最高,达到6.18%;淀粉含量有所下降,各处理较对照下降2.20%~5.85%;甘薯块根和叶片硒含量与外源硒浓度呈极显著正相关关系,花青素含量、可溶性糖含量与块根硒含量呈显著正相关关系,淀粉含量与块根硒含量呈负相关关系。喷施外源硒对甘薯吸收累积硒及品质有提高作用,以喷施9000 mL/hm^(2)外源氨基酸螯合硒肥为佳,可显著提高块根总硒含量、花青素含量和可溶性糖含量,提高甘薯品质。Sweet potato variety Guijingshu 8 was treated with amino acid chelated selenium fertilizer solution at the rates of 0,4500,9000 and 13500 mL·ha^(-1)(selenium:0,11.7,23.4 and 35.1 g·ha^(-1))by spraying,and the treatments were arranged with a randomized block design with 3 replicates,totaling 12 plots to observe the effects of the selenium fertilizer solution on the uptake and accumulation of selenium and yield and quality of the sweet potato.The results showed that selenium has no significant effect on the yield of sweet potato roots but significantly increases the total selenium content in roots,leaves and stems.The total selenium contents in roots and leaves increase with exogenous selenium.The total content of selenium in roots is the highest,222.61μg·kg-1,under the treatment with the selenium fertilizer solution at a rate of 13500 mL·ha^(-1).Exogenous selenium increases the contents of anthocyanin and soluble sugar in roots,the highest under the 13500 mL·ha^(-1) treatment(9.65 mg·kg-1)and the9000 mL·ha^(-1) treatments(6.18%),respectively.On the contrary,exogenous selenium reduces starch contents by 2.20%-5.85%as compared to the control.There is a significant positive correlation between selenium contents in sweet potato roots and leaves and exogenous selenium concentration.The selenium content in roots is significant positively correlated with anthocyanin content and soluble sugar content while negatively correlated with starch content.Spraying exogenous selenium can enhance the accumulation of selenium and quality of sweet potato.It is better to spraying sweet potato with selenium fertilizer solution at a rate of 9000 mL·ha^(-1),which can significantly increase the total selenium content,anthocyanin content and soluble sugar content in roots and improve the quality of sweet potato roots.
