摘　　要：采用聚醚改性硅油共聚物、二甲基硅油、疏水白炭黑、各种乳化剂研究了聚醚改性硅油消泡剂的复配,通过对其稳定性、水分散性、消泡性能、抑泡性能的测试,得到了实验范围内性能最佳的消泡剂产品。将复配的消泡剂与目前厂家常用的进口同类消泡剂进行比较,结果表明该消泡剂消泡、抑泡性能优良,水分散性、稳定性良好,具有很好的开发应用前景。In this paper,polyether-modified silicone oil copolymer,dimethyl silicone oil,hydrophobic silica,various emulsifiers were used to study the compounding of polyether-modified silicone oil defoamer.The best defoamer is obtained by testing its stability,water dispersibility,defoaming property and anti-foaming property.Comparing the compound defoamer with the imported similar defoaming agents commonly used,the results show that the compound defoamer has good properties of defoaming and anti-foaming,good water dispersibility and stability,and it has a good prospect of development and application.
