摘 要:利用Aspen Plus软件就高含氯化工废料焚烧烟气中的氯化氢吸收并副产盐酸的过程进行了详尽的模拟计算,尝试采用增湿降温、换热降温和绝热吸收的组合工艺,在满足环保排放要求的前提下实现副产盐酸质量分数最大化。研究表明,采用喷射工艺水,利用其蒸发潜热来降低烟气温度,将大幅增加烟气中的水汽浓度,从而遏制副产盐酸的提浓。模拟计算结果表明,采用烟气二次换热降温法,最高可采出质量分数为19.0%的盐酸。A comprehensive simulation calculation based on Aspen Plus is carried out to the HCl absorption process,aiming to recovery hydrochloric acid in the high chloride-containing chemical waste incineration system.Humidity cooling,heat exchange cooling and adiabatic absorption process are applied to maximize the mass concentration of hydrochloric acid on the basis of environmental emission requirements.Studies has shown that spraying water and using its evaporation latent heat to reduce the flue gas temperature will significantly increase the water vapor concentration in the flue gas,thereby curbing the hydrochloric acid concentration.The simulation calculation results show that the maximal mass concentration of 19.0%hydrochloric acid can be recovered by using indirect heat exchange cooling method.
