苦荬菜在家蚕饲养中的应用初探

摘　　要：【目的】探究苦荬菜在家蚕饲养中的应用效果及其替代桑叶饲养的可能性,为生产中实现“桑+苦荬菜”组合饲养家蚕提供实用依据。【方法】设置全桑饲养、全苦荬菜饲养和“桑+苦荬菜”组合饲养家蚕等7个处理,观察不同龄期中喂饲苦荬菜对蚕体质和结茧率的影响,通过测定各处理茧质结果,客观评价苦荬菜的应用方式及应用效果。【结果】龄期中连续喂饲苦荬菜,家蚕会出现发育迟缓、衰竭死亡的现象。2-5龄期中间隔喂饲“桑+苦荬菜”组合饲养家蚕至结茧,家蚕生长期延长1日,结茧率有所下降,但茧质质量与全桑饲养无显著的差异。【结论】苦荬菜具有一定的替代桑叶饲养家蚕的作用,可间隔喂饲,不适宜连续喂饲。【Objective】To explore the application effect of sophora flavescens in silkworm rearing and the possibility of replacing mulberry leaf rearing,and to provide practical basis for realizing the combination rearing of"mulberry leaf+sophora flavescens"in silkworm production.【Method】Seven treatments including whole mulberry leaf rearing,whole sophora flavescens rearing and combination of"mulberry leaf+sophora flavescens"were set up to observe the effects of feeding sophora flavescens at different ages on silkworm health and cocoon-forming rate.The application methods and effects of sophora flavescens were objectively evaluated by measuring the cocoon quality of each treatment.【Result】During the age of continuous feeding of sophora flavescens,silkworm will appear stunting,exhaustion and death phenomenon.During the period of 2-5 years,the growth period of silkworm was prolonged for 1 day,and the cocoon rate decreased,but there was no significant difference between cocoon quality and total mulberry leaf feeding.【Conclusion】The sophora flavescens is an effective substitute for mulberry leaf in silkworm rearing.It can be fed separately but not continuously.
