云浮地区汉族缺血性卒中人群MTHFRC677T基因多态性研究

摘　　要：目的:探究分析云浮地区汉族缺血性卒中人群MTHFRC677T(亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶)基因的多态性。方法:募集云浮地区2018年1月至2019年10月于院内行脑卒中风险基因检测的缺血性卒中汉族患者共100人,以100例健康志愿者作为对照;对云浮地区汉族缺血性卒中人群MTHFRC677T基因多态性进行探究。结果:相较于对照组患者,云浮地区汉族缺血性卒中人群中MTHFRC677T基因变异中TT纯合基因型频率及T等位基因频率均明显升高,且患者的TT基因型Hcy指标水平显著高于CC及CT基因型。结论:云浮地区汉族缺血性卒中人群MTHFRC677T基因发生突变的概率较高。MTHFRC677T基因的多态性中TT基因型可引发血浆Hcy水平增高,可作为缺血性卒病症的高危风险因素。Objective:To explore and analyze the polymorphism of MTHFRC677T gene in ischemic stroke population of Han nationality in Yunfu area.Methods:A total of 100 Han patients with ischemic stroke who underwent genetic testing for stroke risk in the hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 in Yunfu area were recruited.A total of 100 health volunteers were taken as controls.The polymorphism of MTHFRC677T gene in ischemic stroke population of Han nationality in Yunfu area was investigated.Results:Compared with the control group,the TT homozygous genotype frequency and T allele frequency of MTHFRC677T gene variation in Yunfu Han population with ischemic stroke were significantly increased,and the Hcy index level of TT genotype in patients with ischemic stroke was significantly higher than that of CC and CT genotype.Conclusion:The mutation probability of MTHFRC677T gene in Yunfu Han population with ischemic stroke is high.Among the polymorphisms of MTHFRC677T gene,TT genotype can induce increased plasma Hcy level,which can be a high risk factor for ischemic pawns.
