摘 要:为了研究端壁射流对端区二次流动的控制效果及作用机理,以GE-E3高压涡轮为研究对象,采用数值模拟的方法,在涡轮进口总温为711 K、总压为345951 Pa、出口静压为89177 Pa和动叶转速为8279 r/min的条件下,分析射流位置、角度及射流比等参数对控制效果的影响。结果表明:端壁射流能够有效组织涡轮内部三维流场,阻断二次流之间的相互掺混,削弱二次流强度;射流位置对控制效果的影响最大,在30%轴向弦长位置处,射流比为1.06%的情况下,可提高涡轮级效率约1.24%;当射流比大于0.057%时,效率随着射流比的增大而线性增加;射流角度影响射流流向分量的大小,因此随着射流角的增大,控制效果递减。Taking GE-E3 high pressure turbine as the research object,this paper adopts numerical simulation method to study the control effect and mechanism of endwall jet flow on secondary flows in the end zone.Under the conditions of turbine inlet total temperature of 711 K,pressure of 345951 Pa,o utlet static pressure of 89177 Pa,and rotor speed of 8279 r/min,the influence of jet position,angle and jet ratio on the control effect is analyzed.The results show that the endwall jet can effectively organize the three-dimensional flow field inside the turbine,block the mixing between the secondary flow and weaken the intensity of the secondary flow;The jet position has the greatest influence on the control effect,at 30%axial chord length position and under the jet ratio of 1.06%,which can improve the turbine stage efficiency by about 1.24%;The efficiency increases linearly with increasing jet ratio when jet ratio is greater than 0.057%;The jet angle affects the magnitude of the jet flow component,so as the jet angle increases,the control effect decreases accordingly.
