摘 要:为了利用少量试验数据快速确定燃煤电厂部分负荷运行的经济性,给出一种快速确定机组供电煤耗率-负荷变化曲线的方法:将机组煤耗特性曲线影响参数分为非运行参数和运行参数两种,非运行参数决定煤耗特性曲线的形状,运行参数决定煤耗特性曲线的位置;非运行参数所决定的煤耗特性曲线形状采用通用比煤耗特性曲线表示,通过平移通用比煤耗特性曲线,使之最大限度地概括比煤耗率数据,从而得到机组比煤耗特性曲线。通用比煤耗曲线在负荷-煤耗率二维坐标中的位置是真正需要确定的变量。这种方法能够根据单点、两点或多点的供电煤耗率数据快速确定机组煤耗特性曲线,并且预测精度较高。In order to quickly determine the economic performance of partial load operation in coal-fired power plant by using a small amount of test data,an experimental method to quickly determine the variation curve of power supply unit coal consumption rate with load is presented.The influence parameters of the coal consumption characteristic curve of unit are divided into non-operating parameters and operating parameters.Non-operating parameters determine the shape of the coal consumption characteristic curve.Operating parameters determine the position of coal consumption characteristic curve.The shape of coal consumption characteristic curve determined by non-operating parameters is expressed by general ratio coal consumption of characteristic curve.By translating the general specific coal concumption characteristic curve,the data of specific coal consumption ratio can be summarized to the maximum extent,and then the characteristic curve of the unit can be obtained.The position of the universal ratio coal comsumption curve in the two-dimensional coordinate of the load-coal consmption rate is the real variable to be determined.Applications show that this method not only can use a small amount of data to quickly determine the characteristic curve of coal consumption rate of the unit,but also has high accuracy.
