摘 要:为了研究循环流化床锅炉(circulating fluidized bed boiler,CFB)的空气预热器和烟气处理设施对SO_(3)的脱除作用,利用控制冷凝法分别对装机容量在150~330 MW之间的10台循环流化床锅炉进行了实测。结果表明:空气预热器对SO_(3)的脱除率受空气预热器烟气出口温度的影响,在6.7%~36.5%之间,回转式空气预热器的SO_(3)脱除率高于管式空气预热器;布袋除尘器和电袋除尘器对SO_(3)的脱除率在40%以上;静电除尘器的SO_(3)脱除率在6.1%~10.8%之间;湿法脱硫的SO_(3)脱除率在41.7%~73.4%之间,其中双塔双循环的SO_(3)脱除率最高;炉外CFB半干法脱硫的SO_(3)脱除率达89.7%~97.9%,测试条件下炉内干法+炉外CFB半干法的工艺能使脱硫出口SO_(3)降至0.3 mg/m^(3)以下。In order to study the effect of the air preheater and flue gas treatment facility of circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boiler on the removal of SO_(3),the controlled condensing method was used to analyze 10 CFB boilers with installed capacity between 150 MW and 330 MW respectively.The results show that the removal rate of SO_(3)by the air preheater is affected by the outlet flue gas temperature,which is between 6.7%and 36.5%.The SO_(3)removal rate of the rotary air preheater is higher than that of the tubular air preheater.The SO_(3)removal rates of cloth bag precipitator and electric bag precipitator are more than 40%;the SO_(3)removal rate of electrostatic precipitator is between 6.1%and 10.8%.The SO_(3)removal rate of wet flue gas desulfurization(WFGD)is between 41.7%and 73.4%,among which the double tower and double circulation SO_(3)removal rate is the highest.The SO_(3)removal rate of CFB semi-dry desulfurization outside the furnace is between 89.7%and 97.9%.Under the test conditions,the process of furnace dry method with the addition of semi-dry method outside the furnace can reduce SO_(3)at the outlet of desulfurization to below 0.3 mg/m^(3).
