当归主“咳逆上气”的研究与中医理论探析

摘　　要：当归为常用的"补血"类中药,一般认为其功效为"补血活血、调经止痛、润肠通便",但早在《神农本草经》就有当归"主咳逆上气"一说,且文献中对该药药理作用和功能主治的报道也很丰富,显示可以被拓展用于咳嗽、哮喘、肺胀等肺系疾病,尤以肺肾阴虚、痰瘀阻肺证为宜。基于文献研究整理,针对当归"主咳逆上气"的中医理论做一探析,系统阐述其润降金气、润燥止咳喘以及痰瘀同治三个方面的功用并例举相关方证,同时论证当归在咳喘病中使用有其明确用药指征,以期更好地指导临床用药。Angelica sinensis is a commonly used Chinese medicine for"blood-enriching blood",which is generally regarded as"blood-blood activating blood circulation,regulating menstruation and analgesic,laxative".The literature on the pharmacological effects and functional indications of the drug is also very rich,showing that it can be extended to cough,asthma,pulmonary distension and other lung diseases,especially the lung and kidney deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis obstruct the lung syndrome.This article is based on literature research and collation to analyze the Chinese medicine theory of"Indicating Cough and Upper Qi"of Angelica sinensis,and also to explain its functions in three aspects:moisturizing and reducing golden Qi,moistening dryness and relieving cough and asthma,and treating phlegm and blood stasis simultaneously,and cite relevant prescriptions.At the same time,it is demonstrated that the use of Angelica in cough and asthma has its clear indications for medication.Finally,we look forward to using this to better guide clinical medication.
