摘  要:运用层次分析法(AHP)结合中心组和设计-响应面法对多评价指标进行综合评分,优化蟅虫创愈胶囊的提取工艺,为该药的制剂工艺研究提供参考。以川续断皂苷Ⅳ、柚皮苷、马钱苷酸、当药苷、绿原酸和干膏的得率为综合考察指标,采用AHP层次分析法确定各指标的权重系数,实现提取工艺的优化。结果显示最佳提取工艺为回流提取,提取时间为30 min,提取溶剂为水,料液比为1∶18。AHP层次分析法优选后的工艺提取率高、稳定性及重复性好,适用于该制剂的工业化生产。To optimize the best extraction process for Zhechong Chuangyu capsules,central composite design-response surface method was adopted to determine the optimal water amountand extraction times in the water extraction process for Zhechong Chuangyu capsules.The asperosaponin Ⅵ,naringin,loganic acid,sweroside,chlorogenic acid and dry extract yield were used as evaluation indexes.Analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight and comprehensive evaluation the best extraction process of Zhechong Chuangyu capsules.The best extraction process of Zhechong Chuangyu capsules was 18 times the amount of water,extracting for 2 times,each time 30 min.The results showed AHP could be used to establish weighting coefficient of the compound formula extraction process and the optimized process of extraction had been verified to be reasonable,stable,and reproducible,which could be used for industrial production.
