野生动物外用药复方聚维酮碘油乳剂的制备及药效学评价

摘　　要：针对野生动物外伤特点,研制一种中西药结合的复方制剂。运用现代药物制剂技术,制备复方聚维酮碘油乳剂,并对该药剂的稳定性、通针性进行研究,与聚维酮碘溶液作创口愈合对比试验,评价该药剂的药效学。结果显示,复方聚维酮碘油乳剂2000 r/min离心5 min,未出现分层;3次推送完2 m L乳剂所需要时间分别为26.18 s、24.40 s、25.55 s。家兔外伤试验中,A组动物7 d创口愈合,B组动物9 d创口愈合,复方聚维酮碘油乳剂与聚维酮碘溶液外伤愈合效果相当。说明复方聚维酮碘油乳剂稳定性好,通针性差,黏附性强,且用药次数少,可操作性强,适合野生动物外伤用药。According to the characteristics of wild animal trauma,a compound preparation combining Chinese and western medicine was developed.The compound povidone lipiodol emulsion was prepared by using modern pharmaceutical technology.The stability and needle penetration of the compound povidone lipiodol emulsion were studied.Wound healing were conducted to compare the effectiveness between the compound povidone lipiodol emulsion and povidone iodine solution.The results showed that there was no delamination when the compound povidone lipiodine emulsion was centrifuged at 2000 rpm for 5 min;the time required to push 2 mL emulsion for three times was 26.18 s,24.40 s and 25.55 s.In the trauma experiment of rabbits,the wound healing of group A animals was 7 days,and that of group B animals was 9 days.The wound healing effect of compound povidone iodide emulsion and povidone iodide solution was the same.The results indicated that the compound povidone lipiodol emulsion had good stability,poor needle-passing ability,strong adhesion,few times of use and strong operability,and was suitable for wild animal trauma.
