摘　　要：考察影响广藿香挥发油出油率的因素,优选最佳工艺条件。以提取时间、蒸汽流量、投料量和冷凝温度为影响因素,以挥发油出油率为指标,利用单因素试验方法优化广藿香挥发油的提取工艺。结果表明,广藿香挥发油最佳提取工艺为:提取时间60 min,蒸汽流量8.33 L/h,投料量2.0 kg,冷凝温度20℃。在此条件下,广藿香挥发油的出油率1.34%,提取率84.28%。该研究优化的广藿香挥发油提取方法工艺稳定,重复性较高。To investigate the factors affecting the yield of volatile oil from Pogostemon cablin and optimize the process conditions.The extraction process of Pogostemon cablin was optimized by single factor test,with the extraction time,steam flow,feeding quantity and condensation temperature as the influencing factors and the yield of volatile oil as the index.The best extraction process was determined as follows:extraction time was 60 min,steam flow rate was 8.33 L·h^(-1),feeding quantity was 2.0 kg,and condensation temperature was 20℃.Under these conditions,the yield of volatile oil was 1.34%,and the extraction rate was 84.28%.The results showed this method was stable and repeatable.
