藿芪灌注液对奶牛卵巢静止和持久黄体临床疗效观察

摘　　要：评估藿芪灌注液对奶牛卵巢静止和持久黄体的临床疗效。采用藿芪灌注液治疗奶牛持久黄体患牛14例与卵巢静止患牛16例。结果发现藿芪灌注液对卵巢静止的治愈率93.75%,总有效率为100%;对持久黄体的治愈率78.57%,总有效率为85.71%。表明藿芪灌注液对奶牛卵巢性疾病不孕症疗效好。Persistent corpus luteum and ovarian quiescence are common infertility in dairy cows,which seriously affect the production and development of dairy industry.Huoqi infusion liquid was used to treat 14 cows with persistent corpus luteum and 16 cows with ovarian quiescence.The results showed that the cure rate was 93.75% and the total effective rate was 100% for ovarian quiescence.The cure rate was 78.57% and the total effective rate was 85.71% for persistent corpus luteum.The results showed that Huoqi perfusion liquid had good curative effect on cow ovarian disease,and had a good application prospect in veterinary clinic.
