绿色中草药植物浸制标本制作方法的比较

摘　　要：采用2种热煮法和2种冷浸法对车前草、薄荷、紫花地丁3味中草药植物进行绿色浸制标本制作,并通过对制作时间和效果对比分析,比较不同处理方法、处理时间对中草药植物形态和颜色的影响。结果发现车前草、薄荷、紫花地丁在热煮法中使用醋酸铜处理液(B处理法)效果优于硫酸铜处理液(A处理法),车前草、薄荷、紫花地丁在冷浸法中使用硫酸铜处理液(C处理法)效果优于醋酸铜处理液(D处理法)。在制作中草药植物原色浸制标本时,根据制作目的采用适合的方法,若用于实验课程教学,醋酸铜热煮法具有着色快、易于操作的优点;若用于长期保存,硫酸铜冷浸法具有颜色自然、标本完整的优点。In order to improve the teaching quality of experimental courses of Chinese veterinary medicine and Chinese veterinary medicine and prescription science,students can learn,understand and identify intuitively Chinese herbal plants without the restriction of time,season and place.In this experiment,two hot boiling methods and two cold soaking methods were used to make green soaking specimens of three kinds of Chinese herbs,such as plantain,peppermint and herba violae yedoensis,etc.Through the comparative analysis of the preparation time and effect,it was found that different treatment methods and treatment time would affect the shape and color of Chinese herbal plants.Copper acetate treatment solution in hot boiling(B treatment)was better than copper sulfate treatment solution(A treatment),and copper sulfate treatment solution in cold immersion(C treatment)was better than copper acetate treatment solution(D treatment).Suitable methods should be adopted according to the purpose of making samples of Chinese medicinal herbs soaked in primary color.If used in experimental teaching,copper acetate hot boiling method has the advantages of fast coloring and easy operation.If used for long-term preservation,copper sulfate cold leaching has the advantages of natural color and complete specimen.The preparation of dipped specimen provides reference for future teaching and popularization of medicine.
