摘  要:目的了解口腔锥形束CT(CBCT)建设项目的放射卫生检测、防护设施和管理措施,为改善放射防护水平提供依据。方法应用工程分析法、放射卫生调查法、放射卫生检测法,综合分析CBCT的放射性危害对放射工作人员与公众的健康影响。结果福州市16家民营口腔诊所CBCT机房屏蔽防护铅当量厚度和平面布局合理,机房外的周围剂量当量率检测值范围为0.152~1.723μSv/h,符合国家标准要求,CBCT机质量控制检测项目8项,合格率为100.00%,电离辐射警告标志、工作状态指示灯及门灯有效关联、自动闭门装置、动力通风装置、受检者个人防护用品的符合率分别为68.75%、87.50%、75.00%、87.50%、100.00%,职业健康管理、放射防护注意事项、放射事件应急预案、摄影质量保证方案符合率为100.00%、50.00%、43.75%、37.50%。结论福州市16家民营口腔诊所配置的CBCT机和配套的机房等放射诊疗硬件良好,放射防护设施和放射防护管理存在欠缺。Objective To understand the radiological health testing, protection facilities and management measures of dental cone-beam CT(CBCT) struction projects, so as to provide the basis for improving the level of radiological protection. Methods The engineering analysis method, radiological health investigation method and radiological health detection method were applied to comprehensively analyze the health effects of the radioactive hazards of CBCT on radiation workers and the public. Results The shielding lead equivalent thickness and plane distribution of CBCT room in 16 private dental clinics were reasonable, and the detection value of the peripheral dose equivalent rate outside the room was 0.152-1.723 μSv/h, which met the national standard.There were 8 items of CBCT machine quality control test, with the qualified rate of 100.00%.The compliance rate of ionizing radiation warning signs, working status indicator lights, automatic door closing devices, power ventilation devices and personal protective equipment were 68.75%,87.50%,75.00%,87.50%,100.00%.The compliance rates of occupational health management, radiation protection note points, radiological emergency plan and photographic quality guarantee plan were 100.00%,50.00%,43.75% and 37.50%. Conclusion Private dental clinics are equipped with good hardware for radiological diagnosis and treatment, such as CBCT machines and matching rooms, but the radiation protection facilities and management are deficient.
