摘  要:目的了解淄博市某城区大气PM_(2.5)中多环芳烃(PAHs)来源、污染水平,并评估其对人群的潜在健康风险。方法于2018年每月10~16日,在淄博市某城区采集PM_(2.5)样本,经高效液相色谱法测定大气PM_(2.5)中16种PAHs浓度水平,采用特征比值来判断PM_(2.5)中PAHs来源,并利用呼吸途径暴露PAHs引发癌症的风险(ILCR)模型进行健康风险评估。结果大气PM_(2.5)中16种PAHs每日总质量浓度为1.14~21.72 ng/m^(3),平均8.23 ng/m^(3),其中4环PAHs占比最高,为38.23%。苯并[a]芘日质量浓度为0.08~2.96 ng/m^(3),有1 d超过我国环境空气质量标准限值(_(2.5) ng/m^(3))。经特征比值判断,PM_(2.5)中PAHs受煤燃烧、汽油燃烧和柴油燃烧的综合影响。结论该采样点存在大气PM_(2.5)污染,人群通过吸入途径暴露于PM_(2.5)中16种PAHs的总致癌风险值为2.17×10^(-6),高于1×10^(-6),但低于1×10^(-4),提示该区域居民在目前接触水平下有潜在致癌风险。Objective To understand the source of PAHs and the level of pollution in an urban atmospheric PM_(2.5) in Zibo city, 2018,and assess their potential health risks to the population. Methods PM_(2.5) samples were collected on 10 th-16 th of each month in Zibo city and 16 PAHs concentration levels in PM_(2.5) were determined by HPLC.The characteristic ratios were used to determine PAHs source in the PM_(2.5),and the risk(ILCR) model of respiratory route exposure PAHs initiation of cancer was used for health risk assessment. Results The daily total mass concentration of 16 PAHs in the PM_(2.5) was between 1.14-21.72 ng/m^(3),with an average of 8.23 ng/m^(3),of which 4 rings accounted for the highest proportion of PAHs of 38.23%.The mass concentration of BaP was between 0.08-2.96 ng/m^(3),and 1 day exceed the standard limit of ambient air quality in China(_(2.5) ng/m^(3)).PAHs in Zibo city PM_(2.5) were affected by coal combustion, gasoline combustion and diesel combustion according to the characteristic ratio. Conclusion There is air PM_(2.5) pollution at the sampling site, and the total carcinogenic risk of 16 PAHs of PM_(2.5) exposed by inhalation was 2.17×10^(-6),which is higher than 1×10^(-6),but lower than 1×10^(-4).It is suggested that the residents in the region have a possible carcinogenic risk at the current exposure level.
