摘　　要：目的了解运城市≥50岁艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)病人的流行特点,分析感染途径,为制定艾滋病防治策略提供科学依据。方法对运城市2018~2019年新报告的≥50岁HIV感染者/AIDS病人共170例进行现况调查,并对病例的地区分布、人口学基本情况、传播途径等进行描述性分析。结果运城市2018~2019年新报告的≥50岁HIV感染者/AIDS病人共170例,以男性(68.82%)、年龄为50~59岁(53.53%)、文化程度初中及以下(85.88%)、农民(68.82%)、年收入≥3 000元者(66.47%)为主。在固定性伴和非固定性伴中性别(P<0.01)、年龄(P<0.05),不同职业(P<0.05)、不同年收入(P<0.01)HIV感染者/AIDS病人差异有统计学意义。结论运城市50岁及以上HIV感染者/AIDS病人,以男性、文化程度低、农民、高收入人群为主,性传播途径为主要传播途径。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of HIV/AIDS patients aged ≥50 years in Yuncheng city, and analyze the transmission route, so as to provide scientific basis for formulating AIDS prevention and control strategies. Methods A cross-sectional epidemiological survey was carried out among the 50 years and older newly reported HIV/AIDS cases during 2018-2019 in Yuncheng city.Descriptive analysis was made on the regional distribution, basic demographic information and transmission route of the cases. Results A total of 170 newly reported HIV/AIDS patients ≥50 years old in Yuncheng city during 2018-2019,most of them were male(68.82%),aged 50-59 years old(53.53%),with junior high school education or below(85.88%),farmers(68.82%) and annual income of ≥3 000 yuan(66.47%).The differences in sex(P<0.01),age(P<0.05),occupation(P<0.05),and annual income(P<0.01) of HIV infected/AIDS patients between the fixed and non-fixed partners were statistically significant. Conclusion The HIV/AIDS patients aged 50 and above in Yuncheng city were mainly male, with low educational level, farmers and high income group.The main transmission route is sexual transmission.
