摘　　要：目的了解昆山市≥50岁老年艾滋病感染流行病学特征,为制定和完善老年人群防控政策提供科学依据。方法收集2010~2019年新报告的≥50岁艾滋病病例资料,并进行统计学分析和研究。结果2010~2019年全市累计报告≥50岁艾滋病感染者113例,男女性别比为4.38∶1,平均年龄为(57.52±6.88)岁,医院临床就诊病例报告占70.80%。男性艾滋病感染同性传播比例为56.52%,艾滋病防治知识知晓率为83.25%。结论昆山地区老年人群艾滋病防治知识知晓率较低。男性人群艾滋病传播途径正从既往的异性传播途径向同性传播途径发生改变。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of HIV infection among the elderly aged over 50 in Kunshan city,so as to provide scientific basis for formulating and perfecting prevention and control policies for the elderly.Methods A statistical analysis and research was carried out by collecting data on newly reported HIV/AIDS cases over 50 years old from 2010 to 2019.Results From 2010 to 2019,a total of 113 cases of HIV/AIDS were reported among the elderly aged over 50 years in Kunshan city.The ratio of men and women was 4.38:1.The average age was 57.52±6.88 years old.The proportion of clinical cases reported was 70.80%.The rate of homosexual transmission of AIDS among male was 56.52%.The awareness rate of AIDS prevention knowledge was 83.25%.Conclusion The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among the elderly in Kunshan city is low.The transmission route of AIDS among the male population is changing from heterosexual transmission to homosexual transmission.
