小儿热咳清胶囊联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察小儿热咳清胶囊联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床疗效。方法:选取160例CVA患儿,根据不同治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,每组80例。对照组给予孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予小儿热咳清胶囊治疗,2组均治疗2周。比较2组治疗前后咳嗽频率及咳嗽强度、肺功能指标、尿白三烯E4(LTE4)水平。结果:治疗后,2组咳嗽频率、咳嗽强度评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽频率、咳嗽强度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组75%肺活量时的最大呼气流速(MEF75)较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且高于同期对照组(P<0.05);2组25%肺活量时的最大呼气流速(MEF25)、50%肺活量时的最大呼气流速(MEF50)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组尿LTE4水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组尿LTE4水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小儿热咳清胶囊联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿CVA,可明显缓解患儿的咳嗽程度,改善其肺功能,降低尿LTE4水平。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiao’er Rekeqing capsules combined with montelukast sodium for cough variant asthma(CVA)of children.Methods:A total of 160 cases of CVA children were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to different treatment methods,80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium,and the observation group was additionally treated with Xiao’er Rekeqing capsules based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for two weeks.Before and after treatment,the frequency and degree of cough,the lung function index,and the level of urinary leukotriene E4(LTE4)were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,scores of the frequency and degree of cough in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,maximal expiratory flow at 75% of vital capacity(MEF75)in the observation group was increased when compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and higher than that in the control group at the same period(P<0.05).When compared maximal expiratory flow at 25%(MEF25)and 50%(MEF50)of vital capacity between the two groups,there was no significance in differences(P>0.05).After treatment,levels of urinary LTE4 in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of CVA of children,the therapy of Xiao’er Rekeqing capsules combined with montelukast sodium can significantly decrease the degree of cough,improve the lung function,and reduce urinary LTE4 level.
