行气活血汤联合布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察行气活血汤联合布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:选取112例气滞血瘀型原发性痛经患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各56例。对照组给予布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予行气活血汤治疗。2组均连续治疗3个月经周期。比较2组临床疗效;比较2组治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分。结果:观察组总有效率为91.07%,高于对照组的60.71%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组VAS、HAMD、HAMA评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组VAS、HAMD、HAMA评分均比对照组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论:行气活血汤联合布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经,可有效缓解患者疼痛,改善其不良情绪。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xingqi Huoxue tang combined with ibuprofen sustained-release capsules for primary dysmenorrhea of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods:A total of 112 cases of patients with primary dysmenorrhea of qi stagnation and blood stasis type were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ibuprofen sustained-release capsules,and the observation group was additionally treated with Xingqi Huoxue tang based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for three menstrual cycles.The scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)before and after treatment and the clinical effect in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 91.07% in the observation group,higher than that of 60.71%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of VAS,HAMD and HAMA in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease of the three scores in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xingqi Huoxue tang combined with ibuprofen sustained-release capsules for patients with primary dysmenorrhea of qi stagnation and blood stasis type can effectively relieve their pain and improve their negative emotions.
