中医情志护理结合临床护理路径下常规护理干预尿路造口患者临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中医情志护理结合临床护理路径下常规护理对尿路造口患者干预的临床疗效。方法:将76例膀胱癌并行尿路造口患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各38例。对照组给予临床护理路径下尿道造口术常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上实施中医情志护理干预。观察比较2组自我护理量表评分和生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分。结果:研究组造口知识的掌握、造口直径大小的测量、底盘的修剪能力、造口周围皮肤的清洁、拆卸造口装置的能力、新造口装置的安装、造口袋的排空及引流袋的装取等评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,2组躯体功能、生理功能和社会功能各项生活质量评分均较护理前升高(P<0.05),且研究组各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医情志护理结合临床护理路径下常规护理可显著提高尿路造口患者的自我护理能力和生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of intervention of Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with conventional nursing under clinical nursing path on patients after urostomy.Methods:Seventy-six cases of bladder cancer patients after urostomy were divided into the control group and the study group according to random number table method,38 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing of urostomy under the clinical nursing path,and the study group was intervened with Chinese medicine emotional nursing based on the treatment of the control group.The scores of self-nursing scale and Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores inthe study group were higher than those in the control group in terms of the knowledge of the urostomy,the measurement of the diameter of the stomy,the pruning ability of the chassis,the cleaning of the skin around the stomy,the ability to remove the stomy device,the installation of the new stomy device,the emptying of the stomy bag and the loading of the drainage bag,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the life quality scores of physical function,physiological function,social function were higher in both groups than before nursing(P<0.05),and the above scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with conventional nursing under clinical nursing pathcan significantly improve the self-nursing ability and quality of life of patients after urostomy.
