中西医结合护理对Hp相关性消化性溃疡证候改善的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合护理对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性消化性溃疡的证候改善及预后的影响。方法:将82例Hp相关性消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象,按照随机单双数法将所有患者分为研究组和对照组各41例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予中西医结合护理。护理4周后,观察对比2组护理前后中医证候评分、生活质量及患者对护理满意度。结果:护理后,2组中医证候总评分均降低,且研究组较对照组低(P<0.05)。研究组生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合护理对Hp相关性消化性溃疡患者的护理效果满意,可促进患者中医证候的有效改善。Objective:To discuss the effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing on syndrome improvement and prognosis of helicobacter pylori(Hp)-related peptic ulcer.Methods:A total of 82 cases of patients with Hprelated peptic ulcer were selected as the study subjects and divided into the study group and the control group according to odd-even number method,41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing.After four-week nursing,Chinese medicine syndrome score,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared before and after nursing between the two groups.Results:After nursing,total Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased,and the score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of quality of life in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with Hp-related peptic ulcer,integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing can achieve a satisfying nursing effect,promote the improvement of Chinese medicine syndrome.
