摘　　要：“外饮治脾,内饮治肾”理论是清代叶天士根据张仲景治疗饮病的论述而立,临床中具有较好的指导意义。通过对“外饮治脾,内饮治肾”的理论渊源、内涵、临床应用原则与方药等进行论述,列举了应用该理论治疗的3则验案并加以佐证。The theory of"external rheum treating the spleen and internal rheum treating the kidney"was established by YE Tianshi in the Qing Dynasty based on ZHANG Zhongjing’s discussion on the treatment of rheum disease,which has a good guiding significance in clinical practice.The paper discusses the theoretical origin,connotation,principles and prescriptions of clinical application of"external rheum treating the spleen and internal rheum treating the kidney",and lists three proved cases of the application of this theory to treat diseases.
