李培旭用祛邪通闭法治疗肾病蛋白尿经验介绍

摘　　要：肾病蛋白尿多缠绵难愈,短期内不易消退,而且消退后又容易反复,治疗棘手。李培旭教授认为,肾病蛋白尿的重要病因病机是肾闭精泄,治疗肾病蛋白尿的大法是祛邪通闭。祛邪通闭主要包括了祛风透热、利水消肿、清利湿热、清热解毒、温化寒湿及化瘀通络六法。分别用肾病清透汤、肾病利水汤、肾病清利汤、肾病解毒汤、肾病温通汤、肾病化瘀汤治疗。Nephropathy complicated with proteinuria is often lingering and refractory,with low regression rate in short time.Even if the disease disappears,it relapses easily and is intractable,Professor Li Peixu thinks that the important etiology and pathogenesis of nephropathy complicated with proteinuria is that due to the kidney qi block,the kidney fails to store essence,and the important treatment method is to eliminate pathogens and diffuse impediment.Eliminating pathogens and diffusing impediment mainly includes six methods:dispelling wind and venting heat,inducing diuresis to alleviate edema,clearing heat-dampness,clearing heat and detoxicating,warming and resolving cold-dampness,resolving stasis and freeing the collateral vessels.The six treatment methods above respectively include Shenbing Qingtou tang,Shenbing Lishui tang,Shenbing Qingli tang,Shenbing Jiedu tang,Shenbing Wentong tang,and Shenbing Huayu tang.
