摘　　要：腰椎间盘突出症是骨科较为常见的一种退行性疾病,主要以椎间盘破裂,髓核组织向后突出并压迫脊神经根进而产生一系列临床症状为病机机理,而针灸推拿疗法在腰椎间盘突出症的治疗中始终发挥着其独特的临床效应。本文通过检索中国知网数据库中近10年针灸推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的文献进行综述,以期在腰椎间盘突出症的临床诊治中能够更合理灵活地应用针灸推拿疗法。Lumbar disc herniation is a common degenerative disease in orthopedics department,the pathogenesis of this disease is mainly intervertebral disc rupture,nucleus pulposus tissue protruding backwards and compression of spinal nerve root,resulting in a series of clinical symptoms.Acupuncture and massage therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has always played its unique clinical effect.In this paper,the literatures on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by acupuncture and massage were reviewed by searching the database of CNKI in the last 10 years.In order to apply acupuncture and massage more reasonably and flexibly in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
