摘 要:目的:设计基于个人数字助理(PDA)的胃肠外科手术后重症监护系统,提高无线传感器网络节点收包率以及对重症病房环境信息监测的准确性。方法:构建病患的生理信号采集传感器系统,对人体的生理信号进行采集。设计监护信息显示电路,调整PDA监护信息显示功能。软件部分进行重建网络监测时序设计,采集重症病房患者的监测信息,根据采集的信息对患者的生理状况进行判断。检测网络信号附着状态,基于PDA输出监护患者生理分析结果。对传统方法1和传统方法2两种无线传感器网络节点收包率进行试验对比分析。结果:设计完成的胃肠外科手术后重症监护系统无线传感器网络节点收包率最低为81.4%,传统方法1、传统方法2无线传感器网络节点收包率最低分别为30.4%和42.1%。结论:基于PDA的胃肠外科手术后重症监护系统设计能够提高无线传感器网络节点收包率,有效提高医院对重症病房环境信息监测的准确性。Objective:To design an intensive care system after gastrointestinal surgery based on personal digital assistant(PDA),so as to improve the packet receiving rate of network nodes of wireless sensor and the accuracy of monitoring the environmental information of intensive care unit.Methods:A sensor of collecting physiological signals of patients was constructed to collect physiological signals of human body.The display circuit of monitoring information was designed and the display function of monitoring information of PDA was adjusted.In the software part,the time sequence of reconstruction network monitoring was designed,and the monitoring information of patients in intensive care unit(ICU)was collected,and the physiological condition of patients were judged according to the collected information.The attachment state of network signals was detected,and the physiological analysis results of patients were monitored were outputted based on PDA.In this paper,the packet receiving rates of two types of wireless sensor network node included traditional method 1 and traditional method 2 were compared and analyzed by using experiments.Results:The lowest packet receiving rate of wireless sensor network nodes in the designed intensive care system after gastrointestinal surgery was 81.4%,and the lowest packet receiving rates of wireless sensor network nodes of traditional method 1 and traditional method 2 were 30.4%and 42.1%,respectively.Conclusion:The design of intensive care system after gastrointestinal surgery based on PDA can improve the packet receiving rate of wireless sensor network nodes and effectively improve the accuracy of monitoring environmental information of hospital for intensive care unit.
