摘　　要：目的:探讨粘贴式四通正压输液接头在围术期麻醉患者留置针治疗应用中对输液效果的影响。方法:选取医院收治的114例围术期麻醉患者,根据采用输液接头留置静脉导管的不同,将其分为对照组(50例)和观察组(54例),对照组采用传统输液接头留置静脉导管,观察组采用粘贴式四通正压输液接头留置静脉导管。记录两组输液接头感染、输液接头压疮、输液接头回血和输液接头脱离情况并比较不良反应率,对比分析两组输液成本及患者满意度。结果:对照组输液接头感染、压疮、出血、堵管和脱离病例数明显高于观察组;对照组不良反应率为22.00%,观察组为5.55%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.982,P<0.05);对照组综合输液成本高于观察组,留置针留置时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.073,t=9.361;P<0.05);对照组患者满意度为76.00%,观察组为92.59%,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.730,P<0.05)。结论:粘贴式四通正压输液接头在围术期麻醉患者留置针治疗中应用效果显著,能够有效降低输液接头处感染、出血、接头脱离等不良反应,降低综合成本并提高患者满意度。Objective:To investigate the influence of the application of the paste-type four-way positive pressure infusion connector in the treatment of indwelling needles of perioperative anesthesia patients on the infusion effect.Methods:A total of 114 perioperative anesthesia patients admitted to hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(54 cases)according to the adopted different indwelling vein duct of infusion connector.The control group adopted conventional indwelling vein duct of infusion connector,and the observation group adopted the indwelling vein duct of paste-type four-way positive pressure infusion connector.The conditions of the infection,pressure sores,blood return and detachment of infusion connector of two groups were recorded,and the adverse reaction rates between two groups were compared.In addition,the infusion cost and satisfaction of patients between two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The cases load of infection,pressure sore,bleeding,blockage and detachment of infusion connector of control group was significantly higher than those of observation group.And the adverse reaction rates of control group and observation group were 22.00% and 5.55%,and the difference of that between two groups was significant(χ^(2)=11.982,P<0.05).The comprehensively infusion cost of control group was significantly higher than that of observation group,and the indwelling time of indwelling needle of control group was significantly lower than that of observation group(t=11.073,t=9.361,P<0.05).In addition,the satisfactions of observation group(92.59%)was significantly higher than that of control group(76.00%)(χ^(2)=11.730,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of paste-type four-way positive pressure infusion connector is significant in the treatment of indwelling needles in perioperative anesthesia patients,and it can effectively reduce infection,bleeding,detachment of connector and other adverse reaction.And it would reduce comprehe
