摘  要:目的:构建基于物联网技术的医疗设备临床业务评估模型,探讨其在医疗设备管理中的应用价值。方法:选取医院临床在用且单价>10万元的174台大中型医疗设备,按照临床业务评估模式不同,将其分为对照组[85台(套)]和观察组[89台(套)],对照组采用目标导向定量模式,观察组采用基于物联网技术的医疗设备临床业务评估模型,对比两组设备运行质量、成本效益和社会效益的差异性。结果:观察组设备经营性使用频次、开机率、故障频次、规范操作率和安全隐患率好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.1664,t=2.772,t=2.979,t=4.037,t=6.227;P<0.05);运营收入和成本效益高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.209,t=12.856;P<0.05);非经营性使用频次、疾病诊断种类、治疗种类和教科研成果增幅优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=21.465,t=6.186,t=3.474,t=4.944;P<0.05)。结论:基于物联网技术的医疗设备临床业务评估模型可提高设备使用频率,分析设备运行质量,预测设备成本效益和社会效益趋势变化,改善设备临床服务能力。Objective:To construct a medical equipment clinical business evaluation model based on Internet of Things technology,and explore its application value in medical equipment management.Methods:174 medium-and large-sized medical equipment in clinical use with the unit price more than CNY 100,000 were selected and divided into a control group[85 units(sets)]and an observation group[89 units(sets)]according to clinical business evaluation model.The control group adopted the goal-oriented quantitative model,and the observation group adopted the medical equipment clinical business evaluation model based on the Internet of Things technology.The differences of equipment operation quality,cost effectiveness and social benefits of the two groups were compared.Results:The use frequency,boot rate,failure frequency,standardize operation rate and potential safety hazard rate of equipment in the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.1664,t=2.772,t=2.979,t=4.037,t=6.227;P<0.05);operating income and cost-effectiveness were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=13.209,t=12.856;P<0.05);frequency of non-commercial use,the types of disease diagnosis,types of treatment,and the increase of the achievements of teaching and scientific research more better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=21.465,t=6.186,t=3.474,t=4.944;P<0.05).Conclusion:The medical equipment clinical business evaluation model based on the Internet of Things technology can increase the frequency of equipment use,analyze the quality of equipment operation,predict the trend change of cost-effectiveness and social benefit of the equipment,and improve clinical service capabilities of the equipment.
