摘 要:术中体温监测与管理是加速康复外科的核心项目之一,持续的体温监测可有效预防围手术期低体温(PIH)的发生,降低手术并发症的发生率。无创体温监测系统采用高精密热敏电阻,以便捷、精准及可自动连续采集体温数据的优势逐步取代传统体温计。综述Abreu BTT^(TM)700无创体温监测系统、Philips IntelliVue MX600多功能监护仪及SpotOn温度监测系统等无创体温监测系统的技术原理、体温监测准确性及精度,并对不同系统适用手术类型、体温监测范围、传感器粘贴方法及老年患者围手术期体温监测等予以探讨,为围手术期体温监测技术标准及共识等制定提供参考。The monitoring and management of intraoperative temperature is one of the core items of accelerating rehabilitation surgery.Continuous body temperature monitoring can effectively prevent the occurrence of perioperative hypothermia and reduce the incidence of surgical complications.The non-invasive temperature monitoring system adopts high-precision thermistors to gradually replace traditional thermometers by its advantages includes convenient,accurate,and automatic and continuous way of collecting temperature data.This study summarized the technical principle,accuracy and precision of temperature monitoring of the Abreu BTT^(TM) 700 non-invasive temperature monitoring system,Philips IntelliVue MX600 multi-function monitor,SpotOn temperature monitoring system and other non-invasive temperature monitoring system.And it also discussed the application of different systems to surgical types,body temperature monitoring ranges,sensor sticking methods and perioperative temperature monitoring of elderly patients so as to provide reference for the formulation of technical standards and consensus of perioperative temperature monitoring.
