摘　　要：针对新旧医学影像存储与传输系统(PACS)替换过程中存在的数据管理问题,提供可行的解决方案。基于医学数字成像和通信(DICOM)协议,使用Python及C++语言开发出PACS数据迁移工具,该工具支持从旧PACS获取所有患者的影像数据,并通过DICOM协议传输及存储到新PACS中。通过数据迁移工具,将原PACS影像数据在一年半的时间内顺利迁移到新的PACS中,在新系统中实现旧系统数据的完整存储和高效读取,为临床工作提供了方便。Aimed at the existing problems of data management in the replacement process between new and old medical picture archiving and communication system(PACS)to provide feasible solution.Python and C++programming language were used to develop PACS data migration tool based on PL/SQL and digital imaging and communications in medicine(DICOM)protocol.This tool supports to obtain imaging data of all patients from old PACS and it can transfer and save them in new PACS by DICOM protocol.The primary PACS imaging data were successfully migrated in new PACS in one and a half years by data migration tool.The realization of intact storage and efficient read of the data of old system in the new system provides convenience for clinical work.
