摘  要:果蝇是为害杨梅生长的重要害虫之一。为开发可有效防治杨梅果蝇的药剂,在江西开展了0.5%依维菌素乳油防治杨梅果蝇的田间药效试验。试验结果表明:以0.5%依维菌素乳油有效成分5、6.7、10 mg/kg处理杨梅树7 d后,对杨梅果蝇的防效分别为94.54%、96.88%和98.50%,且对杨梅树生长无不良影响。表明0.5%依维菌素乳油对杨梅果蝇有很好的防效,可用于此害虫的防治。Drosophila melanogaster is one of the important pests which damages bayberry trees.In order to search a product to control Drosophila melanogaster effectively,a field test of ivermectin 0.5%EC to control Drosophila melanogaster was carried out in Jiangxi province.The test results showed the control effects of ivermectin 0.5%EC to Drosophila melanogaster at dosage of 5,6.7 and 10 mg a.i./kg at 7 days after treatments were 94.54%,96.88%and 98.50%respectively,and the product had no adverse effect on bayberry trees.This indicated ivermectin 0.5%EC has a good control effect on Drosophila melanogaster,and it can be used to control this pest in the planting of bayberry trees.
